Very attentive and courteous. I’m having to put my search on hold. Will tell my friends who are looking to call him for help.

Last Tuesday I had arranged for a test drive appointment on Friday. On Thursday I was informed that the truck was going to be serviced and wouldn’t be available until the next Monday. The dealership has reached out and apologized for what had transpired and tried to help remedy the situation.

Mash was excellent. Felt no pressure and he was very upfront about everything. The 4Runner was everything that was advertised. We were in and out under 3 hours. Mash made the whole process go smooth and not stressful.

Requested availability of other color on other expeditions, but never got a respond. Can't answer first question due to no response from dealer/salesman-woman.
