Toyota dealerships near me (Casco, MI)

The jeep i was very interested in got sold from underneath me and kept get messages we will get back with me and never did i played this game for a couple weeks so they knew I had wanted it to begin with never got any reply back on my inquiries of the jeep its very disappointing because I liked it alot and was in need of a decent vehicle but didn't go very well with this place unfortunately I wont recommend it at all:(

I am currently still in an ongoing process for the dealership to make things right on the pre-owned purchase of a Toyota Highlander. It's been an extended experience due to poor/lack of communication and non-coordination with their pre-owned sales & service/detail departments. My investment in the vehicle selected was basically dismissed and I was then treated as "service customer" which has proven to be delay after delay in their integrity of their work and service. I'm still trying to get my vehicle as promised. Unfortunately, the known reputation of Randy Wise dealerships did not shine through in my experience with my pre-owned purchase. Disappointing and frustrating overall, 1 star.
