Pete and Omar are the most helpful and honest people at Otocity in Totowa, NJ. I already bought 2 SUVs from them and they took care of me. When you put a deposit on a car, they will never sell it to another person even thought the new customer is willing to buy it for more. No pressure at all. Omar always says: "take your time, my friend" or "buy something that you truly like".

Do not use this dealer Very unprofessional , I’ve ask them to provide me paperwork for parts on a vehicle that I had a deposit on that they had and they never did Talking to the sales man and manager at the same time and when I asking questions about the vehicle I had a deposit in they seemed very hesitant to answer and they both kinda just each other and it kinda seems like they fabricated a story around this car After talking the vehicle down on price I was on my way to sign the paperwork and take the vehicle home on the loan they put a bunch of unnecessary fees (hidden ) once ask for a itemized list of all the fees once, on top of that they told me the Truck was fine and I took it for a 25-30 test drive shift perfectly everything seemed normal On my way to get the truck he randomly sent my deposit back and And stopped answering the phone

I do not like being lied to, worse the car I came to look for was "suddenly" in disrepair. Secondly, $2700 in dealer fees and services outside of taxes and doc fees is horrendous.

Truck had a misfire and 4wd light was on. Tires had excessive wear for 13,000miles and it was tinted. The dealer said nothing was wrong

Gave the 3.0 review ratings the benefit of the doubt and tried to buy a vehicle from them any way big mistake the ratings should be much lower than that. Sales people are very lazy and don't follow up on possible sale lazy not caring Sales person I dealt with took 2 weeks to answer a question he could have answered with the first message I sent him. Never followed up. This is a big car dealership being run like one of those little car dealers who are here today and gone tomorrow right down to the excessive fees I can see why they have vehicles on the lot so long. Take heed to their bad review ratings and you will save wasted time.
