The staff did show us some cars but the manager service was really good. He provided relevant information and I would've definitely purchased with him if the inventory in stock at the time of my visit had the specific vehicle I was seeking. The professionalism of their service stood out through my entire car buying experience across multiple dealerships, and the quality differential was even more stark in comparison to their next door sleazy dealership. I would recommend.

Troy was great, nice guy to deal with. Price was great, no need to negotiate and I was there about 4 hours start to finish. The finance guy had everything ready to sign, no issues. Only problem was with trade, they offered a low price for 2015 Pathfinder 120,000 miles no mechanical issues, ran fine, no body damage - $1000. They REALLY want you to finance with them. Would buy from them again, drove the car home that day.

I visited after finding a 2022 Toyota Sienna listed as 8-passenger. When I arrived the second-row center seat was missing — never disclosed in the listing or prior communication. I was told it wasn't included and would cost extra, despite being factory standard equipment on this trim. At the desk I was then presented with a $2,800 'CPO fee' that was never mentioned beforehand and had no clear justification. The experience felt like a classic bait-and-switch — misleading listing, undisclosed fees, and basic questions left unanswered. I left without purchasing. Strongly caution anyone to confirm every detail in writing before making the trip.
