Dealership never contacted me

Salesman sold the car out from under me as I was picking up the money to buy the car from my finance institution. I also communicated that I was picking up the funds and would be there in a couple hours.

Tacoma was no longer available but staff was very good in advising me that vehicle was no longer available

I bought a 2017 Chevy Silverado at Texas Ride LLC, and the process was smooth and easy. I was welcomed at the dealership when we arrived, and the truck was available for a test drive. We did not haggle over pricing, we just decided to buy it straight up. The price, I thought, was reasonable, so we just made the purchase. They setup the financing, and we were out the door with my new truck. I couldn't be happier with it. The dealership was professional and willing to please. I am happy with my purchase and with the experience with the dealership.

Britt was rude through text emoji and when I spoke to her she said she’d call me back in 5 minutes. She lied. She never called back to follow through with another vehicle to purchase.

The staff lied to me they said the truck had a miss fire and couldn't sell it. But the next I received a message that the truck was fine now. I don't deal with liars.

Good. Will use again

The staff where amazing, I buy a new car just about every 3 years and this by far was the best its ever gone.

It was a good experience overall...as the Salesperson actually tried to Pitch me some other car too which was matching my requirements.... But surprisingly the URGE TO SELL is somewhat more needed. Overall Good experience.
