Dealerships near me (Thurmont, MD)

I had a good experience with the salespeople and liked the car and was willing to purchase, however the trade value on my car was not competitive with multiple other offers. When I pointed that out, the “sales manager “ came out of his office and told me”you should buy your car somewhere else”, so I did….and for even higher than initial offers! I don’t know if he talks to all his potential customers in a condescending manner, but he did to this Grandma.

The customer service was very professional and courteous however, the dealership is too far from where I live, so I was unable to purchase at this time

How do I begin? My experience at Buchanan was awesome. I was nervous at first but they all made me feel very comfortable. Everyone was so into helping me with the process. I didn’t feel pressured or overlooked. My sales rep Ray John was absolutely incredible. Every time I asked something he answered with kindness and treated me with respect. I felt at home. Would I come back again, oh yes I would. In a heart beat. The whole team working together helped me get a car. I’m so proud and glad I went there. I left smiling and was extremely happy. I will tell friends and family to go to Buchanan. I highly recommend them…. They were like family to me. Thank u so much

Great customer service!!

I had seen the jeep online and went to look at it. The frame actually had holes in it underneath. I took pictures. Unless it was marked as is somewhere that I didn't see it. But it wasnt mentioned in cargurus page.

Shannon was great. Process was very smooth.

Great customer service
