They wanted me to pay for the reconditioning of the vehicle, when it hadn’t even been reconditioned. I refused to buy the vehicle but they were nice enough to call me repeatedly, and then message me that the truck had been sold without being reconditioned! Not sure why, felt like bullying for not excepting there offer!!!

Your staff responded well to me. It was just the wrong color interior for me.

Was more or less a rollercoaster experience in the start but glad I end up sealing a really good deal with Breana in the end. She's really helpful and will definitely come back to her if I'm in the market again

Was excited to check out a Model S plaid. Had been communicating with the dealer for about two weeks with a reservation to test drive it a week before that day. I live a few hours away so had to come in on the weekend. When I got there, there was a bit more damage to the wrap than disclosed but I was still excited about the car with a cashiers check in hand. Starting the test drive the car has 50 mile charge left which isn’t the end of the world they offered to pay for the supercharging but they knew I was planning on driving it home two hours away. But then comes the kicker. They’ve had the car for atleast three weeks and for some reason it is still locked in valet mode? Couldn’t access most of the cars functions. No battery health assessment. And most importantly impossible to test acceleration and how the drive train handles it. Wasted a whole Saturday and 6 hours of a babysitter to not even be able to test drive a car id been in contact with them about for two weeks. What a joke.

Gus and Jeff were amazing. And they still are! I had no plans on buying the truck for my son's business. I just needed a comparison of purchasing versus renting. Gus was super understanding, low-key and no pressure. I knew he wanted to sell me the truck right off but he worked with me and understood why I was there. NOT to buy a truck! But he and Jeff and the finance folks worked some kind of magic and it made more sense to purchase the truck for my son's hot-shot trucking business than to rent. And so I bought the truck. It's a beauty and we couldn't be happier. The guys (and gals) at AutoNation Buick GMC West Sahara are great. My son and I had a great experience with them and they continue to be supportive.
