There were a few questions about the truck that weren’t shown in the pictures or told about but other than that it was a good deal

My salesperson was great! I called and he was on it from the beginning. He had a great attitude and was very helpful. However, I was not pleased with all the fees added to the car in the finance room. I felt like it was ingenuous. The 2500 fee for purchasing a car with Gilliam was not explained well but just there. When I questioned, I was quickly given a small price decrease and a "warranty" that it was not there before. I personally think they took advance of the situation of a person needing a car.

Unfortunately, the car had already sold. They showed us some alternative cars but me and my wife did not think it was appropriate to go forward with those choices. The staff was very helpful, especially Mr. Bozkurt.

Dealer was quick with his response and friendly. Seems to be solid. I ended up buying another RR from a different dealer as it was a better fit for what I was looking for.

Drove 4 hours to purchase truck. Truck was wrecked. Not reported on Car Fax. Never communicated before arrival.. Sales man was a jerk on the phone.

Never heard back from them at all

So, everything was done on-line. I wanted more pictures and they sent them to me ASAP. the truck was everything that they said was just done to the T was good.

Great people at this dealership. Great sales team and great management team. They treated me very nicely and respectfully. They truly make you feel valued and appreciated. This is now my favorite dealership.
