They bait and switched me. Ran my credit, told me I was approved, then tried to switch vehicles

First time buying a car online and this was a very disappointing experience. I purchased a 2025 Lexus expecting it to arrive clean, inspected, and in proper condition. Instead, it showed up filthy, not vacuumed, dusty, and clearly not prepared for delivery. The sales team was very knowledgeable about the car and very personal to its community. Even though we were from outside the community they treated us like family, and it made it a overall great experience.

Staff was quick to respond, professional, and very helpful. They even sent a video of the truck I was interested in to help out. I have not pursued purchasing the vehicle in question (dealership is several hours away and have not been able to make the trip), but I would consider buying with Morristown Chevrolet in the future.
