The financing was done via computer so there was no hour long paper work and signing. I was pre-approved but a better interest rate was found for me.

The photos of the car online did not accurately reflect the car we saw when we arrived. The tailgate had stickers on it and there was chipped paint around the wheel well. The pictures online included the tailgate and the wheel well but did not have stickers or chipped paint. The video sent by the salesman was also shot in a way to ensure we didn't see these issues.

They responded within an hour with an i packet. Salesperson later in the day shot a video tour and sent it to me to view. Listing was accurate. The car was reasonably clean when I arrived to look at it. The staff was immediately friendly and helpful. Allowed me to test drive the car for over 2 hours. Came down a little on price. I would recommend this dealer to other people.

I went to buy Kia Niro manufacturing certifed car . I drew 175 miles to test drive after email, text and phone communication. They said it’s certified. Later after paying booking money . Next day while got approval from bank salesman said it’s not manufacturing certified . Very unprofessional make drew 175 miles and one day off. On asking for comp-onset it still not have any reply . One good thing about hey returned my booking amount immediately.
