Dealerships near me (Steger, IL)

Purchased car on line sight unseen. Was told the car was in goos shape with no check engine light on. WELL, not only is the check engine on, it was BLINKING! Going to have to take to Ford dealer ship($$$$) to get a proper diagnosis. Will get the bad news in a few days. Be very careful when buying a used car from this group. Sincerely Joe G.

Sent a one sentence email asking if I wanted a test drive, but never responded to my request for additional information.

Didn’t have the vehicle there, went looking around and kept trying to upsell other cars before letting me know vehicles wasn’t even available anymore.

Asked for photos and never got them

DO NOT BUY HERE. They lied to me 3 times. They lied when they told me I could take a car off the lot. They lied when they did not disclose damage the car had. They lied when I agreed to a deal and they sold it from under me the day before I picked it up. I was willing to trust them. I should not have. Their response was “we’re in the business to sell cars.” My hope is that you do not aid them in that.

The review with this deal suck Like everybody is saying the same thing about the dealer false advertising … It’s sad how Trudy waste people time why post a price on the internet if it’s not the price… I will never in my life shop at this dealer

Best customer service ever. I came in as a new customer left out as a new cousin. Hands down the best dealership in Matteson. I HIGHLY recommend Aaron and Dennis. Literally made this happen with their faith and perseverance. We family for life!
