Hank is a very honest, humble and nice guy more than just a salesman. I am going to have him take all the people who asking me where to buy a good used car with the best price. And nope I didn’t take any commission for referred him the customer because I think he deserved it all, plus I want to help a good car dealer guy like him to get more success in what he does.

We had agreed on everything. I was already on my way to buy the car, and then they wrote to me that they had sold it to someone else. That was simply the worst thing I could have heard.

After agreeing to and confirming an out the door price, I arrived for a test drive. Before I agreed to come in, I let them know via text that I would not need financing and to let me know if that was a problem.The salesman assured me that he was honest and it would be straightforward. I was ready to purchase the vehicle and pay in full. The Sales Manager came over and tried to convince me to finance the car instead, which was unnecessary, I had the cash to pay in full. They both came back and told me the price of the vehicle increased despite the agreed upon cost. I walked out. I looked online and the price never changed. They profiled me as soon as I walked in. They decided they would try to make money off of another customer by having them finance with interest instead of receiving a $25,000 check in hand. Terrible business.
