They had me pull my credit which they did a hard pull that hurt my credit and I never heard back I had to call them to get an update and they said they were going to send my info to the bank and I never heard back and they stopped answering after I called them for 2 days on the 3rd day I couldn’t get an answer except from the AI answering service that kept texting me telling me to call just to get no answer
