Extremely unprofessional experience! I came to look at a Toyota RAV4 that had weak brakes and a noticeable noise coming from the wheels. When I politely pointed out these mechanical issues and tried to negotiate the price to cover the repair costs, the dealer completely lost his temper, became aggressive, and started yelling.

Kevin was the man. Very helpful, very transparent, and above all friendly. No pressure, just helping me get what I wanted.

Worked with CarlosV at the dealership. He was very responsive with texts and calls; very helpful once I arrived and asked about used cars in addition to the one I originally contacted them about. We looked at each, test drove my first choice which I ended up purchasing. Very smooth and efficient process with no monkey-business. The financial side (I financed through the dealership) was painless and they were able to beat the financing from my bank. No hard-sell on anything.

Shady business here they add on fees such as "anti theft" and "scratch protection" that upped the listing price from 14k to 21k makes no sense I would highly steer clear you also cannot take the car away from the premise to have an pre-purchase inspection done. They try to force you to finance with them probably for increased credits from the banks they have relations with if you bring cash or finance outside of them they threaten to charge an extra 1K (also have never heard of this before). was almost impossible to get and OTD price without first making a credit application for them to pull your credit, makes no sense..again . unprofessional and scheming tactics.

This was Thee best car buying experience! My sales person Ryan and the customer service Rep Chase was amazing they have gained customers for lift!!!
