I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated during my recent vehicle purchase experience. The salesperson who assisted me was irresponsible and untrustworthy. He advised me to sell my current vehicle to Toyota, assuring me that the Mercedes I was interested in would be held for me until the transaction was completed. He proceeded to run my credit and had me sign documents that committed me to the purchase. During the test drive, I noticed that the check engine light was on. When I raised this concern, he told me that the issue was related to a system update from Mercedes and that I should wait a few days for it to be resolved. Following his instructions and relying on his assurances, I sold my vehicle to Toyota. However, when I returned to complete the purchase and pick up the Mercedes, I was informed that the vehicle had already been sold to someone else. As a result, I was left without my original vehicle and without the Mercedes that I had been promised would be reserved

Overall a fine experience. Had some communication issues and had to take the initiative to reach out to them to find out what was going on. Minor issue not disclosed prior to purchase. Sent a follow up question after picking up the vehicle and never received a response.

Highly unprofessional sales and management staff. I drove to their location four days out of five and my “salesperson” was unexpectedly “not working” on two of those days. Mostly, their sales and business staff drifted in and out of their very primitive office space at the back of their parking lot. I always felt as though I was bothering them when I tried to get answers to basic procedural questions. The most common response I received was, “Please go to our waiting room. Things will be ready in 5 minutes. The appointments I made were largely ignored. The promised wait time was never 5 minutes…often 30 - 45 minutes. The car, however, appears to have been a good deal and was in pristine shape, so that is definitely a positive…and the only reason I did not flee the company on day one. This business was pretty much what one might expect from a bunch of “used car salesmen”.
