Daniel allowed me a long test drive to get on the highway. They went out of the way to take care of things. Very easy and seamless. They did everything I asked for with the car, and made me an extra key fab I forgot to ask about. Definitely did the right thing.

At first we could not come to an agreement. However, Mark called me back and said that tracked down another bank that was willing to give us the loan. All said and done, wte reached an agreement.

The salesman who was assigned was terrible. No transparency, he tried to get me into the dealership to strong-arm me into making a purchase. When I advised him that I live in eastern Long Island & would prefer to negotiate over the phone or txt I didn't get a response. It seems not to matter what occurs; dealership tactics, particularly at Toyota, will never change. "Caveat Emptor"
