Trade in value quoted was $4000 less than the 3 other dealerships that appraised my car. If you would have come close I would have purchased the car.

Purchased a truck with plans to have dealer ship the vehicle as offered on Cargurus it’s about 2,200 miles. I paid full asking price for the vehicle didn’t send an offer just said I’ll take it. It took over a week for them to respond with what to do to start the buying process. After that they lost the paperwork that I waited over a week for the notary to bring and have signed. It took about 3 weeks to settle the paperwork because the finance manager had the wrong dates on them. After that I sent them the exact amount they asked for and the truck was supposed to be shipped. I am now 7 days away from my first payment and still do not have a truck in my driveway. The whole process was unsatisfactory the only thing I will say is my salesman was very helpful when I asked the initial questions on the truck. All down hill from there. If I could rate them negative stars I would.

Sales people were like vultures upon arrival even though I had an appointment. Justin was great upon first impression, I applied for financing and he contacted me to let me know I was approved then 2 days later (after running my credit 4 different times) said I needed a co-signer which I did not want to do. He then turned condescending and lectured me via text about my credit (which honestly is decent) and the way I “pay for things” (whatever that means). He then told me he had sold the car which I don’t believe is true because it’s still listed on the site. I would NEVER consider buying from this place!

We looked at this from 400 miles away, and drove to Salt Lake to pick it up. Brooklyn was helpful throughout the process, but Adam did a walkaround video in which he claimed it had new tires - the front tires were relatively new but all 4 tires were different brands and models, and the wrong size to boot. Finance tried to slip in $1491 of fabric protector without asking, and although we were promised a full tank of gas we were sent away with 1/2 a tank. The car had supposedly been serviced already, but the power steering fluid was low and we had to stop and get some right away because the steering was groaning.
