Dealerships near me (South Hadley, MA)

Communication at this dealership was terrible from the beginning. I was passed around to three different people, and I was told three separate times that the Jeep wasn’t even at the dealership when I specifically requested undercarriage pictures. (Don’t trust cargurus avail After repeatedly hounding them, I finally received pictures and a video. They clearly showed significant rust/corrosion (“rust cancer”) underneath the doors, bubbling paint, and a vehicle that was generally dirty and poorly presented. This was not something that was obvious from the original listing photos, which appeared to be old. What made the situation even more frustrating is that the Jeep was lowered in price on CarGurus right as I was prepared to make a deal today. Then I received a text saying someone else had put a deposit down and the Jeep was no longer available. I understand that vehicles can sell, but the lack of communication, outdated pictures, repeated misinformation about the whereabouts was unsat.

I didn't think that I was going to buy a car when Iwent to look at this one, but all the boxes checked, and my salesperson, Shane was great! the Team there was easy to communicate with - the whole experience was really good! Their slogan is: Your gonna love it here, and they make that happen.

Easiest buying process I've had on a car. Transparent pricing and helpfulness made this a a standout experience

Amazing service!! Very helpful and informative! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car! They put a full tank of gas and made sure my phone was hooked up and paired before I left.

Salesman was a typical car salesman A jerk. Finished the detal with the general manager Mike. Otherwise probably would not have finished the deal

The car was advertised with heated seats but did not have them. They offered $400 or to bring it back for aftermarket installation. I chose to have them installed myself so that I could make sure it was a quality installation. In my opinion they should pay my installation cost which will be way higher than $400. This wasn't my fault. Otherwise, everything was great.
