During the buying process, my experience was stellar. My salesperson Shawni was excellent, spending plenty of time with me, pointing out minor flaws that she assured me would be fixed before I took the car home, and during the test drive. I was thrilled with the X5, and immediately went inside to negotiate. The negotiation process was seamless and quick, and it seemed we had reached a price that pleased both of us. Shawni assured me that, with my high credit score, they would be able to get me the best possible interest rate. I came back a few days later to finish signing documents and pick up the car. Days later, when I was reviewing the paperwork, I noticed that the interest rate on the contract was SIGNIFICANTLY higher than the “best possible rate.” I hadn’t asked, and the finance manager hadn’t mentioned it. He focused on monthly payments and I had had such a great experience up to that point, it didn’t occur to me to ask. They’ve lost a customer for life.

Great communication, easy to work with, pleasant experience

They were helpful, communicative but the dealer is far away. They seem to have some added fees if you pay cash or don’t finance through them. I was a little hesitant because the car had two accidents. But they were very prompt and did answer my questions. I may consider it after the holidays.
