fine - good repore

They were really great and knowledgeable and had the truck nice and clean

They were real honest and upfront with me. I didn't see where they put in the ad for the Eos that the top didn't work but they weren't trying to push anything on me. Very nice

This experience totally changed my perspective on buying from a dealership! A+++++

My salesperson was patient and kind she went above and beyond to make my car buying experience less stressful

I dont know if the car was available because nobody reached out to me. I asked questions about financing & nobody reached out to me. I believe I filled out a credit application off of their website but again nobody reached out to me. Even if it was a "I am sorry Mr Lemon we can't help you" .... any kind of communication , but there was none. Whether you feel someone is eligible or not ... ignoring them should not be option. I am still looking for a BMW & i know mine would be a challenging sale due to a recent divorce & financial hardship, but not communicating with a customer isnt good business.
