Easiest dealership I’ve ever worked with. Tools them then the car I wanted and they brought it over to test drive. Went through the numbers, and walked away in a new car in 90 minutes. Drove all the way out there after confirming our appointment - he was late and asked me to wait an additional 40 minutes which I could not do. The car was not on the lot when I arrived.

This was the second Lexus I bought from Northborough and it was a great experience. Jovani was professional, kind, courteous and very technically proficient with the technologies in these cars. It was also good to see the same Finance manager Kevin that we worked with 9 years ago. There was no pressure from either and it was a very smooth transaction.
