Responded quickly and was not pushy. Very polite.

I live 2 hours from the dealership. I emailed about the car. they emailed right back. communication was great. I just wanted them to answer 1 lousy question. Were the tires good? Did they need to be replaced. For some reason they wouldn't answer the question. They said they'll have that info when I get there. I'm not driving 2 hours for nothing. If they needed to be replaced I would have priced them and made my decision based on the info. I asked no less that 5 times. Please just tell me the condition of the tires. They never told me so I told them I wasn't driving 2 hours w/o the info. Very shady.

Unfortunately this company never contacted me until a week later, by then I had bought a vehicle elsewhere!!

I was interested in a 2019 legacy 3.6. I asked for a buyers order and car fax. I am a $400 flight away. They raised the price by 2 K and would not send me a car fax or a buyers order. I am betting there would be a bunch on the additional charges on buyers order. They kept saying the salesperson will go over all of this when you get here.
