We had a great experience at this dealership, A gentleman by the name of Kirk Worked with us And we wound up purchasing a 2021 Ford F350 There are a few things that need to be fixed, but they assured me they would get these things taken care of and I trust that they will ....... Blake and his father , the owners of the dealership were very helpful and easy to work with, The other young man who I believe is one of the mechanics his name was Jose, He was very helpful and informative. All in all, I would recommend this dealership they were very easy to work with and very helpful

I went there on saturday like we had discussed. the place was not open. the vehicle was not on the lot, anywhere. i looked online for the phone number, and the site was no longer available. i just wanted a phone number to call. nothing. 0 stars. would not recommend

I did not buy the car that I inquired about due to the fact that the car had hugh scrathes down the side of the car. The dealer acted like they did not know about the scrathes. We did buy another car that so far we are happy with so far, but we have only drove this car home. Because the check engine light did come on after over a hundred miles. I gave them only three stars due to the fact that they are a lot nicer in person than they are on the phone.

Not very great communication. Reached back out with further questions and still no response. Completed a credit application got an email three or four days later after my credit had been processed three times with three different heart inquiries for one creditor and got a notification from the dealer saying my application was not approved due to my credit score I responded it wasn’t my credit score or my down payment and never got a response from the dealer.

The car was advertised as used which it was. Can’t fault the guy for that. But it had obviously bad and seriously out of balance tires. Also the hvac system needed addressed, one of the actuators was broken and clicking when changing from heat to ac. The sales guy said he would talk to his mechanic and get back to me about whether they might fix the car or take a lower offer. He did neither and probably sold it to someone else who didn’t do a highway test drive. That’s ok, he has a right to sell to someone who will show up and give him the money. But that’s kinda shady to have cars with obvious issues and not disclose them or fix them before selling. That’s all I have to say, about that.

We ended up not buy anything from them because they refused an all cash sale on a 2012 Mazda SUV which was actually Kelly Bluebook value below our offered price. So we went elsewhere

They have done a great job trying to get me in to look and buy this car but i have been out of town a lot after me showing interest , great sales team for not giving up on a sale ,
