Called four times on the same vehicle before I ever got a response back, and when I did hear back, they just seemed annoyed

I did not buy the car that I inquired about due to the fact that the car had hugh scrathes down the side of the car. The dealer acted like they did not know about the scrathes. We did buy another car that so far we are happy with so far, but we have only drove this car home. Because the check engine light did come on after over a hundred miles. I gave them only three stars due to the fact that they are a lot nicer in person than they are on the phone.
