I first reached to the dealer via telephone after seeing a truck I was interested in online. The salesman informed me that he was not sure but would check the lot and give me a call in twenty or thirty minutes when he could lay eyes on the truck. 5 hours later I had not heard anything so I called back and was informed that the truck was on the lot. I then made an appointment to go see the truck. The salesman informed me the day I was supposed to go up there (this had been planned for 2 days) that the truck was not on the lot due to it being repaired elsewhere. I then went to the lot to look at another truck that was there. I requested that he call me when the truck was back which supposed to be a Monday. Its now Wednesday afternoon, and I haven't heard from anyone there.

Good people I plan on buying there before long. I have recommended them to several people.

The owners, Josh and Steve, along with Morgan were beyond helpful and truly a pleasure to work with. Living in another state, the hurdles I faced with the finance companies were too much to overcome. But, especially with Josh's patience and help, we were able to make the purchase work AND get the vehicle shipped to me. It was hassle free and actually a true pleasure to work with them. They were always available, always accepting of a myriad of questions, and truly made it a positive "WOW" experience. I wish all businesses and companies treated their customers this way. It was honestly the very best car buying experience I've ever had.
