CarGurus asked for my trade information, gave me a value for my trade, which was used to breakdown my total price, but the dealership wouldn't honor the trade value given nor would compromise.

They answered my questions and sent me a video when I asked for it. I appreciated that. Tried to set up an appointment with someone to come out for a test drive because I live in another state but they just replied with what hours they are open and didn’t seem too interested in getting my business so I ended up not going to see the car , most dealers now schedule appointments and this is what I wanted to do to make sure I didn’t waste my time driving to another state only for the car to possibly be sold. Other than that they did give me the information I asked for

Price was decent but communication was terrible.Didn't reach out after they ran my credit.When i contacted them they offered to compensate for poor communication by helping with transport cost and said they couldnt come off the price.Literally,2 hours later,the price on the website was reduced. When i followed up they then said they wouldnt help with transport cost,so i passed on it after all of that
