The salesman tried to deceive by sending me a specific appointment time. I did not set any appointments with them. I asked about it and he said he set it after I pressed him for an honest answer. I can not do business with anyone using these deceptive tactics.

They were so busy they couldn’t focus on their customers who had appointments. Was not helpful just was telling me what they couldn’t do after I gave them all the info they asked for. But I got a car from another Hyundai somewhere else.

CarGurus asked for my trade information, gave me a value for my trade, which was used to breakdown my total price, but the dealership wouldn't honor the trade value given nor would compromise.

The vehicle presentation was bad vehicle was dirty motor compartment was dirty the inside of the vehicle was unclean . Smelling like dog, seat's and carpet dirty with dog hair.they sold me the vehicle with warn out rear brakes and rotors,no radio antenna kit connection to the radio, Chrome key cover missing on driver side door, missing front cup holders. so really the vehicle wasn't of the par. I know I bought the vehicle online but if I was there present to buy the vehicle I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle until all of the items were fixed. which they should have done that anyway, for the money I was paying. Plus the vehicle was sold with 3 recalls.the SKCO dealership sales person and sales management were not honest about the vehicles condition. I had to get the vehicle inspected, and these items were found and needed immediate repair.these repairs should have been fixed prior to the vehicle placed for sale to the public.
