Overall this was an awful experience. I’ll never purchase another vehicle here again. I’m still waiting to take ownership of the vehicle and it’s been 10 days since I signed the P&S. I pointed out issues that are not getting corrected, I was only given 1 key and have asked several times for a second key. The car wasn’t detailed (as promised) when I originally got the key, it had dirt, dust, and trash around the front seats and when I asked them to do it again it was a half ass effort to clean it. Two of the tires have dry rot and have little tread so I asked them to replace them, but they pushed back. There is very little attention to detail and customer service doesn’t seem to be a priority. Stay away from this dealer

A salesperson got back to me fairly quickly about a particular car they had available. Was told that it sold but several days later it was still listed for sale, so obviously it was intentional.
