I spent approximately five days working with the dealership and had progressed into the financing stage of the transaction. While this may have been a matter of poor timing, I was informed shortly after my credit was pulled that the vehicle was no longer available. I had previously signed a proposal that was provided to me with only a relatively minor request but was committed to purchasing the vehicle. Given that this is a Mercedes-Benz dealership, I feel there was a missed opportunity to deliver the level of customer service and “white-glove” experience one would reasonably expect. I want to note that I had no issues with the salesperson I worked with.

The car was exactly as described in their ad and actually was better than described. Even though I ended up not buying the vehicle from RY Motorsports, I would not hesitate to go to RY Motorsports for a vehicle. I highly recommend them.

Sometime pictures aren't seen as they are, and I cant comment on that. The overall experience was easy, and friendly. The car wasn't a good fit for me.
