Dealership was responsive. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, they were ready for my test drive. They were very professional and not pushy while making it clear they were there to make my looking experience pleasant. Great approach. I would recommend to others.

The car was described as pristine ,immaculate , and in exceptional condition.It showed up with hail damage,scratches -scrapes -chipped paint pitted rims.They also messed up the title work and won't tell me when I will receive a good title.I will pay between 6k-8k to put the car in the condition as it was described to me. Even though the deal was that they would and did arrange for the transportation (which they did in a covered carrier) they tried to blame the carrier they paid and selected for the damage . UGLY

These guys were very nice. Unfortunately the sales manager didn’t want to budge on the price of the car at all when I was looking, telling me he was already losing money. I now see it has been lowered $1500. I had already bought by the time they dropped the price on their car otherwise I definitely would’ve paid them another visit.

The salesman told me to contact him to schedule a test drive and that he had openings that day (Saturday) and the next day. When we called on Saturday to schedule a test drive he told us the vehicle was having recall work done and he would get back to us on Monday. I sent a couple of emails asking questions. When the salesman finally answered my emails I was told the vehicle had sold. I feel that we were misled and given the run around.

Arranged an inspection on site first thing on a Monday. During the inspection mechanic calls me to tell me the salesperson interrupted him to show the car to someone else and was rude to him. Anyway my mechanic leaves and he proceeds to sell the car to someone else. I call the sales manager and he tells me that the salesman says that he asked for a deposit from me, which he did not. Even so it is extremely bad business to allow someone to set up an appointment with their mechanic and then sell the car out from under them. Did not expect from a Mercedes Dealer.

Norm Hunter is very responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. Beautiful dealership and I recommend going there for new or used cars.

Kevin was great! He made us feel very comfortable at the dealership. There was some miscommunication with the fact that the GTI was an s frame and not an autobahn. Kevin and John helped clear that up and gave us a significant amount for our trade in vehicle for the mishap. Overall it was a pretty good experience.

Very responsive, and informative

When I asked if a third party could do a preinspection I was told they would have to see if it would be okay. They didn’t even call me back until next day and never returned my call. They also told me at one point that they already inspected the vehicle. Very strange.

Did not purchase the eclipse we inquired about, but we were contacted promptly and the sales person took photos of the vehicle and answered questions with no pressure!

I ended up buying the car with just a little haggling. No complaints.

Thien was very accommodating in getting a test drive set up - expedited their safety check process and pulled the car midway through to help us get out in the car. Also, very straightforward about what he knows and doesn't know about the car. I expect to purchase the car today. So far, so good. Will update if we run across any concerns, but very happy to this point.

Quick and easy buying experience!

They responded quickly and I made an apt to see them. When I went there the sales person seemed to busy to help us. He was helping another client even though I called and made apt with him. I wanted go in earlier but he told me to come later in the afternoon and he still couldn’t help us. Waisted my whole day. End buying the same car at a better price at Mercedes of Portland. Never going back .

Awesome service

WARNING stay away! I should have known better when I went to view the car the first time and it had a check engine light on. They said it was an O2 sensor. An easy fix and the rest of the car was in tip top shape. The salesman promised 4 new tires on the AWD vehicle we were looking at... then the service department said they would only replace 2... anyone who knows a lick about AWD vehicles knows you have to replace all four or else it messes up the transmission. We insisted on taking it to an independent shop to be looked at. $2,000 of repairs needed and that was just of what they could see without taking the car apart. And not minor issues but glaring safety ones! We had purchased it as a conditional sale because it was exactly the car my daughter wanted. They honored that and gave us our money back but were jerks to my daughter when she went to pick up the check. I'd have to say the salesman, Brett, was easy to work with. Too bad for him that the service technicians are dishonest and care less that you drive away with a safe vehicle. Don't trust them! I will tell all of my friends to avoid them!

Drove three hours to test drive. They sold the car while I was in the middle of said test drive - UNLESS I went with their financing...5% with perfect credit. Thieves. Manager is a joke.
