They called me the next day to go over details. I waited too long and the car was sold. Overall it was a brief but pleasant experience.

I sent an email asking if the car was available and made an offer. I all I got back was a phone number to call. If I wanted to talk to a sales rep on the phone I would have called. I just wanted a simple yes or no via email. This was I believe a very reasonable cash offer.

The condition of the car online versus in person did not match. Staff were not very friendly or talkative. Had to approach the manager and he yelled at the workers “customer behind you”

I set up two appointments telling him I probably wouldn't be able to make one but I was going to try. Sure enough I didn't make the first one but said I would make the second one. Before attending my second one I CALL HIM, he didn't call me or text or email, to make sure the car is there before I go to my appointment. Sure enough the car is not there and has been sold for 2 days! No call no email no text from him. Then he lies to my face and tells me that that was the only model of this car available on the West Coast when right here on this site you're sending me other ones that are even in my area closer. You can sell the car that's fine, but notify the people who also wanted to buy it that it's sold. Don't lie to people's faces, they have the internet, they know info. Do better Enterprise, do better.

El Cajon Ford reached out. The agent only spoke about the purchase of a new Ford vehicle with the incentive of employee pricing. I was not interested in a Ford vehicle.
