Sean was pleasant and quite open. The vehicle price was on the high side but I really wanted it so we agreed on a price. A set of tires, brand of my choosing was included. The trade in price was low but after some dickering adjusted to a more acceptable level. The lack of any warranty was not discussed and came to light in the documentation. The car is proving to be trouble free at this time so fingers crossed. I would be more aggressive if I dealt with this dealership again.

Although I haven't found THE car for me yet, I have to say that Niketo at the dealership has been very helpful trying to help me find the specific car that I want.

It was a horrible experience. I had reached out to inquire about the location of a 2022 Kia Sportage I was interested bc I saw it listed under different locations. This proceeded me being spam called, texted and emailed. I responded to 1 email and stated genuine interest, otd price I wanted, and the buying experience I wanted. I talked multiple different people in that email vs one sales person. They were not transparent on pricing and refused to not overcharge above the listing price. The listing price was 18,851, the otd price I was given with my financing was 19,560and then the sales person said his best offer was 16,400. I said no and I called him out on the pricing and then he went silent. Then I had someone from Dick Hannah’s Dick Says Yes do the same thing AFTER the listing price dropped $400 and the otd listing price was 19,100, his otd price was 19,522 I wouldn’t do business with any Dick Hannah locations.

Good experience, the car sold itself

Very incompetent and shady. Engine was not the same one as listed. They didn’t know, I had to point out the turbos. They put silicone caulk over their repair to make it look like it was rewelded. And they painted over the caulk. A lot of people but they didn’t seem to care about the customer.

Had a 10 am appointment. Drove 30 miles and when I got there I was told the car sold the night before. So much for the Tonkin communication! Just crappy.
