This dealership was not transparence with the rear factory subwoofer being binging removed, they also had leak under truck they could not explain and it smell like smoke inside the truck in the vehicle, they denied it. They charged well more than this vehicle was worth. I would never buy from this dealer again. Dishonest

Little to no communication from multiple staff including a sales "manager". I originally sent emails trying to inquire about a car around a week ago. I was called and told by the sales manager i would be assigned a sales person and they would email me information. 3 days later i did not receive anything. I called the dealership and spoke to somone else attempting to purchase the same car. I submitted a loan application and was told the next day they are "still waiting to hear anything back, i will let you know tomorrow". Two days later i get another email "are you still interested in the car". I said "yes, the last i knew you were "waiting to hear something back"." No response. I will simply take my business elsewhere, i just wish i didnt waste a week or more of my time with this dealership.

I drove 300+ miles for an appointment to test drive. The vehicles details were stated as manual transmission. It was NOT a standard. Salesman acted as if it was my mistake, until I showed him the websites details. He then brushed it off as a website listing error. It was indeed an error that Scott should have noticed before the test drive appt was confirmed by him via email.

Smooth purchase, car was delivered as promised. Car was exactly as advertised online.
