Fantastic experience! Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a used car from Marin Cadillac, and my experience was very disappointing. Before I even got the car, I was asked to fill out a loan application for a car that was already sold. I ended up purchasing a different vehicle that was represented as being in good condition, but upon delivery, there were several major issues: Rims with paint peeling off Cigarette burn in the driver seat Large tear in the steering wheel Start button paint chipped, glowing green Driver’s side license plate light stays on While the car runs, these problems should have been caught during pre-delivery inspection. The sales process with Daniel and Victor was frustrating, and I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. I hope this feedback encourages better honesty and attention to detail for future buyers.

I drove 300+ miles for an appointment to test drive. The vehicles details were stated as manual transmission. It was NOT a standard. Salesman acted as if it was my mistake, until I showed him the websites details. He then brushed it off as a website listing error. It was indeed an error that Scott should have noticed before the test drive appt was confirmed by him via email.
