Jennifer and the other staff were wonderful and so helpful when I went to look at and test drive this car. I really liked it, and they were willing to work with me on a reasonable out the door price. I decided to oook at one other car before deciding, and it sold before I got back. Totally my fault, but the service was excellent, and I got a call to let me know it sold, so it saved me the time of the trip back. I asked them to continue looking for me because I’d love to buy a car from them

Wasn’t upfront, did not let me know they had saved for someone at the dealer, no communication, updates or transparency. Extremely unprofessional not what I expected from Toyota Update. I asked for information, for photos and didn’t receive any. I was told that they would send me more info along with photos and didn’t receive any updates, call or text

My wife and I went down to Tuttle-Click to look at the car. I was happy with the color from the beginning. The sales person was very knowledgeable about the Explorer. He told us there was no spar tire but my wife found the spare tire. We asked a lot of questions about financing that he was surprised we asked. He said no body asks those questions. We had to tease him a little about the spare tire. We took it for a drive and I liked the way it handled. We put money down but financed it through our credit union, which turned out to be a much better deal. Took delivery of the SUV and have been driving around since. Tuttle-Click has called me to make sure everything was good.
