Ok experience. Unfortunately the vehicle was not available when we arrived for a test drive. I assume it had been sold or on hold for someone else. Got a quote for my vehicle and was happy with their offer. Browsed lot to look at other options but eventually decided to purchase a vehicle elsewhere.

This was by far the best vehicle purchase experience of my life. The salesman, Tara Tulku, was friendly, informative, and totally up front with the vehicle's details and the sales process. Tara provided me with the Car Fax and a detailed report of all service performed on the vehicle by Audi following its trade-in. He accompanied me on a highway and side-road test drive, and familiarized me with the various features on the truck. There was no pressure whatsoever from sales or finance, and my loan was approved quickly. I got a very good price on the vehicle I purchased compared to similar vehicles on the market, and the vehicle was detailed and delivered in pristine condition. I highly recommend Audi of Burlington and Tara Tulku.

I was running late for my appointment and texted to say that. When I arrived, they allowed me to look at the car that I was going to test drive and I immediately saw that all rotors were covered in rust. They then directed me to a waiting area where I sat for about 40 minutes. The waiting area emptied and filled up again, but I never got to do the test drive. I went to the front desk and canceled my visit.

We bought the 2015 Honda CRV from Glen and Bill for our daughter. We couldn't be happier. She is obsessed with the car. Great service. Great attention to detail. No high pressure (which is huge!). We also got the 5 year warranty which is supremely worth it for a car with any amount of mileage and a few years behind it.

Horrible to deal with. They told me the car was not available and it was sold. Two days later the car was available. This is after tbey told me i can come up to test drive it.

Dealer responded Said vehicle was sold but they had others. That’s been almost a week. Same vehicle still on car gurus. Just feel everything wasn’t up front
