Dealerships near me (Saint Helens, OR)

I spent approximately five days working with the dealership and had progressed into the financing stage of the transaction. While this may have been a matter of poor timing, I was informed shortly after my credit was pulled that the vehicle was no longer available. I had previously signed a proposal that was provided to me with only a relatively minor request but was committed to purchasing the vehicle. Given that this is a Mercedes-Benz dealership, I feel there was a missed opportunity to deliver the level of customer service and “white-glove” experience one would reasonably expect. I want to note that I had no issues with the salesperson I worked with.

The person I was working with was very responsive via text and provided information on the car readily. When I went to see the car, he made several comments about how I might “steal the car” during a test drive or even how I might steal his pen (when I asked to borrow it). Not good sales tactics. Car also wasn’t cleaned well and I felt like he was more interested in chatting with my husband than answering my questions about the car.

Angel was great, the truck ran beautifully, it just was high miles.

Everyone was very helpful and I didn't feel pressured into buying anything.

Very nice people the only problem I had was getting the interest. They offered me one and then told them somewhere else gave me a better rate then got me an even better rate. Not to sure if that is entirely there fault.

No one contacted me

Staff was professional, clear and the car was all ready for us when we arrived. Very pleasant to deal with. No surprises.

Dealer was very responsive and helpful. However, I wasn't able to follow through, and test drive the car but will keep Mike's in mind for the future.
