Dealerships near me (Roslyn, NY)

I called to inquire about a car they were not rude to me but at the same time I didn't feel welcome. Also I read reviews about them which mostly bad so I wouldn't buy car from them.

Too many semantical games with the price. The price on CarGurus is not the price of the car unless A+B occur. A) you must do financing through one of their selected financing companies, and B) you must have been a prior customer of theirs to get the pricing depicted in CarGurus. This is false advertising.

Disappointed that the listed car had been sold over a month ago but was still being advertised, but I spoke in depth with Lila over the phone. She explained the differences in packages and associated costs. She was able to give me a rough idea of what the car I wanted would cost if it came in. I was not expecting such great customer service over the phone. Many dealerships want you to come in so they can give a sales pitch.
