Dealerships near me (Roanoke, TX)

I've bought several (5) new cars from Eckert. Of all the car dealerships (8) I've purchased new vehicles from (about 20) eckert seams to be the easiest. No drama, no unexpected "surprises" start to finish, it goes well. Wouldn't hesitate to send family members there, especially if Tony Hung is working.

Charles and Ravi were great to deal with buying this iconic modern classic. The car was delivered exactly as advertised. I would buy again.

The process was good from working the deal over text messages and out of state. Jorge was my salesman and he would Always get back to me with any questions.

Thinks their customers are dumb enough to spend almost $3,000 for a detail, and cheap “ceramic” coating. The just put it on the bill of sale and acted like it was normal. Purchased a vehicle the next day from a Mercedes dealer and they laughed when I asked if they have any extra fees for detail and coating. When I picked it up, the car was spotless and coated for free. Crazy to me that dealerships still try to do this.

They were willing to work with us on getting the best deal. Purchase was hassle free and they didn’t try to sell us a bunch of additional items. Jose and Eliot were very friendly and professional.

Responded immediately, and followed up often after that. I got sick and pulled off car shopper ng for awhile, as a result, but they have stayed in touch through it all.

All good just did not buy do to a few issues

Didn't buy, but hope to be back. Prices are cash. Salesman suggested getting my own financing as it might be less expensive. I appreciate the honesty.

Very nice, and had knowledge of tech on vehicle (even though it is a Ford)
