Price on the truck was way to high. They did not look for better ways to work with me

I'm generally happy with the car. The salesman was fine. But the time spent there when there was no financing or trade-in involved was too long. I especially despise the $620 "Doc fee" that's added at the end. I think that all of their fees should be built into their asking price. I've spent over $1400 on repairs since I bought it, which makes me question how carefully they had looked it over before selling it. But it is an old car. I'm not mad.

Great camunication easy to talk to

I had emailed Northtowne Lincoln dealership on Saturday 5 Jul 25 about a used Lincoln Navigator The dealership responded to my email inquiry right on 5 Jul. stating that a salesperson will contact me Monday when they are open. Which Paul Reeves salesperson did email me. After he answered a couple of my questioned on the telephone I offered to pay 70k cash for the Navigator that I was interested in. Paul told me that “they would not accept that”. He did not present my offer to his supervisor which I thought that was a fair offer to start the negotiations. I would have entertained a counter offer but Paul decision stopped that. Any other dealership that I made an offer the salesperson took my offer to their supervisor And usually there was a counter offer or the sales manager would deal with me directly. I was kind of taken back that did not happen. Hopefully that does not happen with all the customers that put an offer in with a salesperson.

Very helpful, friendly, good experience. Sorry we couldn't get a sale. Would return for another try on next vehicle.

Poor communication said would contact me and never did. Said a car was sold but it’s still on their site. Increased price by $1,000 once I was interested.
