Bad taste in my mouth. Talked clear to the sales men I understand it was about to close but the sales personal told me to go in get my vehicle appraised that he will wait on me . It was Sunday evening and I mention to him I wouldn't make it in time because you close at 5pm he mention to me he would wait. I wasnt able to answer him because I was on another call I mention I can send you pictures to give me an estimate he decline ok understand. I was very clear by saying I only want to pay 350 a month on this car it's what I'm paying now if it's not possible is OK no worries I wouldn't waste my time nor their's. I show up ran my credit when I told them my credit score my income and said we need to run it I said fine as long as I get this payment I'm good with the procedure. They ran my credit and came back with a 409 419 something along those lines . When I see those numbers I immediately say that's not what I wanted nor agreed why would I run my credit decrease my points for that

If I could give this dealership a zero I would. I asked about the 2006 GMC 1500 Sierra. They showed me a 2007 Ford ranger. First off let me say that I'm originally from Roswell came to Albuquerque in hopes of looking for a vehicle to tow a trailer. My wife and I were affected by Roswell floods. I explained this to the cells associate that helped us and also to the GM that was helping us. When they show me the Ford truck that they received on trade-in at first I wasn't interested but later I returned. I then spoke to the GM who said they wanted to see if I qualified and ran my credit. They found a lender that would qualify me for the vehicle. The IGM then asked me to get some extra insurances and I agreed to one but not the other. He then said he had to pull in the truck and have it detailed and to see if it was going to pass inspection. ( Inspection after I was approved for financing). He told me and my wife to return back the next day. But later said it didn't pass inspection. ???

Sales Man Gee was very helpful and professionally friendly. So are the others very friendly and helpful made me feel I’m important buyer. Highly recommend seller and car dealer
