Should’ve stuck with my guy at a different LaFontaine location from the start. Got the run around and misinformation for 3 days. I had to tell THEM the jeep had a branded title then as soon as I said that “someone is buying it cash” which didn’t happen I’m sure. Then a second jeep I really loved all of a sudden “needs a fuel pump and is out of stock” another lie… I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but just needed to be said and I really wanted both of them they seem like they didn’t wanna take my money or help even though they said they were doing everything they could.. contacted my salesman at another LaFontaine dealership and had a Jeep within 4hrs.

Worst experience ever from a dealership They tried to sell me a truck with several problems that “apparently” their service techs missed when they inspected it and gave me run around answers to problems I found with this truck. This truck was a Drennen GMC Zainsville OHIO in Oct 2024 and had recommended complete engine replacement. And now it’s up here at Serra Saginaw
