The communication was terrible. It took almost 2 weeks to get the vehicle. The salesman was unresponsive when I emailed and texted. The only positive was Tigan the finance person. I would never buy or refer anyone to the dealership.

I had a terrible experience at Nucar Honda of Norwood today and would strongly caution others before doing business with them. I first saw a Honda HR-V on CarGurus and then checked the dealership’s own website, where it was also listed. Around 1:10pm, I called and spoke with an Assistant Client Care Manager (Hannah), who confirmed that the car was available and located at Nucar Honda of Norwood. When I arrived at the dealership around 3:30pm, a salesman literally laughed in my face when I said I had come to see a car I’d seen online. He just pointed at a Nucar poster on the wall, then told me that Nucar has dealerships all over New England, so there was “no guarantee” the car was here. I reminded him that Hannah had specifically confirmed it was at *this* dealership. He poked around on his computer, disappeared for 10-15 minutes, and eventually announced the car had been sold. Hours later, the same car is still listed as “available” on both the Nucar website and CarGurus.

Terrible! The owners son Alex or any dirivitive of this name is as shady as a 300 year old giant oak tree. He called me, knew my name but within seconds he realized he was dealing with a knowledgeable veteran of this business, the caller id said South Weymouth & so I took the call. They won't haggle for cash, & still have the car now almost 5 weeks ago now. Terrible reviews with many mentioning this Alex Alecj Aleck, there's only one son w that name. Definitely do not even bother with this shady used call dealership & read the reviews.

The sales manager, Pierre, was very helpful and accommodating. I did not receive replies to my email inquiries, but did receive return phone calls. The sales experience was very relaxed, without any pressure. I would certainly purchase another vehicle from this company in the future.

I requested an out the door price for a 2023 F250 XL Crew Cab leftover. I only received the internet price of $51,334.00. The vehicle has has been on the dealer lot over 700+ days. I reside in another state a 3.5 hour drive from the dealership and wanted all the numbers to make a decision. Additionally, the vehicle has 11 open recalls and I pointed that out in my request. I was informed by another internet salesperson that the vehicle is on "stop sale", disappointing... Why bother posting it for sale and at that price.
