The mechanic on duty was great! No issues with him. My problem was with the salesperson. I had an appt 11am and the salesperson never showed up to show me the vehicle. I was told to come back later and I did. After that, the mechanic on duty (very helpful) informed me that the salesperson/manager never showed up and to come back in 2 hours. I drove 80 miles each way to see this car and the salesperson never showed. I was ready to purchase this car cash!
