Overall a good experience, its what you expect from a dealership. Pros *fast time in and out with going to my bank to fiance and dealership time about 6 1/2 hours out the door. *Car was detailed *Full tank upon leaving Cons *Same old dealership stuff very pushy on adds on and warranties. Such as oh I'll loss my job if this add on us taken off completely *Financial advisor was nice but very pushy on financing with the dealership and did not like I wanted to go to my bank could tell she was visibly by face and the way she talked about how they would possibly offer better. Told them in the door I already had financing and was interested. *Trade in low ball, just $250 over what I owed on my vehicle, when market value was $2,000-$4000+ more depending on add ons and market interest. Overall not a bad experience but definitely a one and done. I got the vehicle I wanted clean, filled up, and out the door quick.

The car increased in price after getting a sales quote. Total out the door price was less than the new listed price. WOW

Sales rep was very helpful even though I had showed up with out an appointment because I was in the area. Norman was very genuine and helpful
