RAM dealerships near me (Tujunga, CA)

They called me almost 15 times between 2 days and tried to make appointment to see the car. But when i accept they keep continue calling me and asked that am i coming or not. And after i got 120 miles drive only for visiting them, they told me unfortunately i cannot see the car because their stuff is not working that day. They didn’t help me. And i lost my time and money. It was the worst dealership i have visited in my entire life.

I will be going there tomorrow to look at the car

I had an appointment scheduled, and drove 2 hours to get there and find out on arrival that they sold the vehicle I had an appointment to see and didn’t contact me! So I walked out….Not going back there!

I actually didn't go to dealership, I only communicate with staff by phone. Everyone I spoke with, was very helpful & courteous!

General manger (Mr. Assad) was rude at the end of the conversation over the phone. Very little transparency in the pricing. Instead of a clear breakdown of the total cost, the conversation kept shifting to monthly payments. This is why I usually won’t visit a dealership until all numbers are clearly provided upfront.
