RAM dealerships near me (Surprise, AZ)

An appointment for test drive and to purchase when I got there he told me they sold it to his dad and then call me to tell me I went over there for nothing?

So it took two weeks to get any pictures from them and the pictures I got are not the ones posted here. Originally they were stock photos of a white gold r. So after finally getting a real picture it sold the next day and really gave me no time to discuss anything. Follow up with the dealer they want to show me a GTI, no thanks that's not what I'm interested in. In all fairness they are a Dodge dealer and not a VW dealer. I hope the new buyer is happy and got a good deal as well I hope they are aware of the unlisted modifications, intake, muffler delete and downgraded undersized wheels and tires.

Process of scheduling the appointment was fine, and even after the car I was interested in sold, I was invited in to look at another. After waiting 40 minutes for an appraisal that was supposed to take 20, I was given an insulting low-ball offer that was more than $3000 less than KBB value. The manager I talked to was incredibly unfriendly and rude when he was explaining the reasoning to me as well. This dealership is going to need to evaluate its practices and customer service if they want to earn my business in the future.

I didn't purchase a vehicle, but I'd be more than glad to do business with the dealership in the future. Mike, the salesman I spoke to, is very communicative and quick. I will definitely keep my eye out for vehicles from this dealer as they come up.

Jeff in sales was really helpful and genuine. Great followup. Finance was good but extremely hard to get ahold via phone to wrap up details. I had to initiate 4 to 5 calls to reach Alex. Love my new truck. Would recommend and shop here again.
