They told me the car was available and would be outside ready for a test drive but when I got there, they me told it had sold that morning. A total waste of my time. I'm glad I didn't leave work early to see it!

I called ahead to confirm availability of a specific vehicle, only to be told when I arrived that it had already been sold. Instead, I was shown a similar vehicle with higher mileage. The salesperson, Jacqueline, seemed unfamiliar with key details about the car and was unable to answer basic questions about warning lights and a non-functioning wireless charging pad. Rather than finding answers, she often redirected the conversation to unrelated topics. Once we mentioned that we planned to refinance the vehicle later for a better rate, her attitude noticeably changed and she became disinterested and rude. The overall experience was unprofessional, and we ultimately decided to leave.

Found blemishes on the vehicle and they weren’t willing to come down on price, and through financing, ended up paying more for the car than they advertised. Read your contract thoroughly.

They tried to sell a vehicle that had the engine light on, after asking if they could service it they said the vehicle couldn't be sold. Why would a professional dealer not inspect the cars before showing to the public? They also messed up on the bill of sale a few times, and two salesman telling me two different things about finances. The help seem forced from them, like they didn't want to be there. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The salesman was great. The vehicle had damage to the windshield that obviously made it illegal, yet they claimed it was legal. I expressed interest on Saturday but informed the salesman I had another truck to look at. We agreed he could send me info on the truck and contact me on Monday. On Monday he contacted me and I informed him the front windshield would have to be replaced before I would make the purchase. The dealership raised the price of the truck by $210 in response to my request. Needless to say, I did not purchase the truck.

I sent emails to make sure the car was available before I drove 1 hour to go see it. No one ever responded to my email. I then called and got interrupted every time that was trying to talk. They told me the car was going somewhere to get checked out mechanically and that they would let me know when it got back. I never heard from them again.

Great Compass, good experience. Ready to recommend, just I switched to another SUV.

This was the finest vehicle purchase experience in my lifetime, and I am 88 years old. I have purchased from Lincoln, Cadillac, Buick, Accura, Lexus and Mercedes dealers across the United States and all were good but this recent Wickström Lincoln experience was the most outstanding of all.

Staff was friendly but they would not finance the beetle. I ended up buying a used jeep that I don’t like. I tried to return the jeep and they refused
