Dealer posted vehicle with stock photos off the internet that didn’t match up with the vehicle. Between the information they list on Cargurus and what they email me to review, it had two different engines. After telling them I didn’t need to come see it and I wanted to cancel my appointment, I was still emailed by the same representative and called by a sales coordinator the following to confirm my appointment.

They said the listed vehicle was sold over a week before (wish they kept their inventory up to date), then days later they came back and said it was available and I had first dibs and then they sold it the morning before I was coming in. Really unprofessional and poor communication and it seems like they don’t know what’s on their lot at any given time.
