Chris Jones at Rainier Dodge was amazing from start to finish. Great communication regarding the Ram 2500 and was understanding and patient waiting for me to work things out with my insurance company and getting my down payment went where I wanted it to be. Gabe was great as well making the finance part incredibly smooth and easy. In and out in less than 90 minutes. No pressure staff! They made every step of the process easy. This is the second vehicle I have purchased through them and this time was even easier than the first. Very direct and clear on what they could do for me. Listened to my likes and dislikes and needs on financing. They wanted to make something work for me and we were able to come to great terms for me. Very happy with the entire process.

Good to deal with

Our experience could have been a lot better but after driving 6 hours to get to the dealership with 2 small kids, they had detailed/gassed the wrong car & we caught it after signing papers. The right car had a dead battery & rusted rotors so we spent 4 hours there just to leave& come back the next day. They fixed the issues but barely vacuumed & the inside was very dirty. It also had pretty bald tires which we thought they should have thrown in for all the BS. if you don't go through their bank they typically won't let you take the car until the cashiers check or wire clears thier bank & they said that takes 3-5 business days. Lots of things could have been avoided had they gotten the right car.
