Staff was prompt and courteous, deal happened quickly. Dealer using paperwork transfer and mailed check. Sure would have been nice and a lot easier with a completely digital process.

Always put me off when I wanted to see the truck, it was never available, always in the shop, so truck has problems, not interested, but they keep bothering me to come in and see it, when I was there I was ignored by the salespersons

Kory and general management is awesome! Ram3500 just didn't fit me current situation.

Vehicle was as described. Time for the paperwork seemed a bit slow. Overall good experience

The salesman was great. The vehicle had damage to the windshield that obviously made it illegal, yet they claimed it was legal. I expressed interest on Saturday but informed the salesman I had another truck to look at. We agreed he could send me info on the truck and contact me on Monday. On Monday he contacted me and I informed him the front windshield would have to be replaced before I would make the purchase. The dealership raised the price of the truck by $210 in response to my request. Needless to say, I did not purchase the truck.

I sent emails to make sure the car was available before I drove 1 hour to go see it. No one ever responded to my email. I then called and got interrupted every time that was trying to talk. They told me the car was going somewhere to get checked out mechanically and that they would let me know when it got back. I never heard from them again.
