For regional shoppers the dealership is not worth working with. Wouldn’t work a deal unless I came in. Their sales tactic was to get me in and buy on emotions. They literally asked me what was the lowest I would take on my trade hoping I didn’t know the market value.

Communication from the sales team was excellent, and they truly worked hard to make sure I had a great experience. The dealership was very busy, so the process did take quite a while (about 5 hours), but Peyton and Terry were beyond amazing the entire time. They were patient, professional, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Honestly, they are the only reason I stayed and completed the deal. Unfortunately, my experience in the finance office was the complete opposite. The finance manager became visibly upset when I declined additional warranties and GAP coverage. I felt talked down to and treated as if I didn’t understand what I was doing, simply because I chose not to purchase the add-ons. That part of the experience was uncomfortable and disappointing. I can’t say enough great things about the sales staff — especially Peyton and Terry — and they truly represent what good customer service should look like.
