All Napletons deanships in my experience have been a joke. Stuff is Not knowledgeable on products they sell and they still try to play the old school car lot games and then more games. My current car I purchased at a Napleton in St. Louis mo and the experience was incredible frustrating, and service after the sale is nonexistent

Twice i inquired about a vehicle. It seemed to me to be an AI generated reply. Essentially not answering my direct question. Makes me think twice about moving ahead. Too bad because I really like what I was looking at. Thank you Chris
