I contacted the dealership and ask if there was any rust on the vehicle, the dealership stated the weather was too bad to go check. The pictures in the ad did not show rust. The dealership was not upfront about the rust as it was very noticeable. I'm concerned that the online pictures were photoshoped hide the rust. I drove 3 hours to get to the dealership. Complete waste of time.

I contacted the dealer through car gurus and never received a response. I called the dealership on a Friday and setup an appointment to see a truck on Saturday at 9 am. I showed up at 8:55. They were supposed to open at o and I had an appointment. 9:30 I left still noone at the dealership. I also never got a call saying they couldn't make the appointment.

Very good customer service. Sonya and Mirta were very nice and professional.

Contacted me right away after inquiry never went to look at the car it was in three accidents but dealer response was very good
